We strive to accurately display our products, including colors and details. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Hygiene-Sensitive Products

The following items are considered final sale due to their intimate nature and hygiene sensitivity:

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect upon delivery.

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas due to logistical constraints. Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed costumes in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item.

Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number, full name, and reason for return
3. Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. Standard shipping charges apply for the new shipment.
