At Forplay Shop, we want you to be screaming with delight, not frustration. If your costume isn’t the perfect fit for your monstrous transformation or seductive soirée, our returns and exchanges policy is here to make things right.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed costumes in their original packaging with all tags attached. To be eligible, your return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item.

Note on Final Sale & Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For the safety of all our creatures of the night, the following products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Scary Clown Makeup
  • Scary Clown Accessories
  • Scary Clown Masks
These items are excluded due to their intimate nature and hygiene sensitivity.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to send a product back from the grave:

  1. Contact Our Crypt: Within 15 days of delivery, email our spooktacular support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for the return/exchange
    You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return. Returns shipped without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship It Back: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back in our crypt.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our ghouls will inspect the item. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed!

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

  • Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We can usually exchange an item for a different size or style, subject to availability. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.
